Mind the Gap

We only have 2 weeks left here in London, so we are doing everything we can to squeeze in what we have left to do. So we've been pretty busy lately... here are a few things we've been up to...

We went to the Museum of London which was actually pretty fascinating. It took us through the history of London and we loved learning about the city we have grown to love.

We took a little day trip to Greenwich village with Emi to see the prime meridian. There's a great view of the city, and it was fun to see where 0 degree longitude is.

HAPPY 4TH OF JULY!!!
We did the best we could to celebrate independence day here in London. We didn't have fireworks, or the shnazzy bbq, or even get to hang out with our friends and family, but we still had a grand ol' time.

George Washington statue in Trafalgar Square. Very 4th of July-ish.

Then we went and got an all American burger. The biggest and best we could find.
They were delicious!!

We went on a walk later that night, dressed in our red, white, and blue and got popsicles, which made us think of independence day.

HAPPY 4TH OF JULY EVERYONE!!

We went to the Imperial War Museum which actually was fascinating. The Holocaust exhibit was incredible, but left me feeling really sad. Such a sad part of history.

This trip to London would not have been complete had we not gone to see Les Miserables. Joey and I both LOVE this show and so of course we had to go. We love the music, we love the story, we love everything about it. We sat pretty close to the very back row, but it didn't matter, we loved every minute of it!!

Two weeks from today, we come home, which is totally nuts. I can't believe how quickly our time here has past. We have had so much fun here, and we still have a few more things we want to do. We love London and we've loved our time here together. We miss you all, and we will see you soon!! XOXO!!
